Korean BBQ Chicken Wings

Prep time: 15 minutes | Inactive prep time: 3 hours | Cook time: 35-45 minutes | Yield: 4 servings
3 lbs Chicken Wings (wingettes and drumettes)
1/2 bottle We Rub You Marinade
Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
Combine WE RUB YOU Korean BBQ marinade and chicken wings into a large resealable bag and marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 90 minutes, turning chicken wings half way through bake time. Garnish with toasted sesame seed and enjoy!

Vegetable Bibimbap

Prep time: 25 minutes | Cook time: 30 minutes |  Yield: 4 servings
1 cup Quinoa
2 cup Water
1/2 cup We Rub You Original BBQ Marinade
1/4 cup We Rub You Gochujang Hot Sauce
Vegetable oil, as needed
6 cups shredded Kale
1 lb sliced Shiitake Mushroom
4 shredded Carrots
3 cups shredded Purple Cabbage
4 Eggs
Toasted Sesame Seeds and Sesame Oil, optional
Rinse quinoa well then combine rinsed quinoa and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 mins. While quinoa is cooking, wash and shred kale, carrots, purple cabbage and mushroom. One medium high heat, add oil and quickly sauté shredded vegetables. Fry up eggs sunny side up. 
To assemble bowl: Place quinoa in a bowl, top off with sauteed veggies and egg, drizzle with We Rub You sauces. Optionally garnish with toasted sesame seeds and drizzled sesame oil. Mix and enjoy!

LA Kalbi

Prep time: 30 minutes | Inactive prep time: 2-12 hours | Cook time: 30-45 mins | Yield: 12-15 servings
6 lbs flanken cut short ribs, 1/3" thick
1 bottle We Rub You Original BBQ Marinade
Vegetable oil, as needed
Rinse short ribs in cold water and pat dry. Using kitchen shears, cut each strip into pieces so that each piece has a bone attached. Combine marinade and short ribs in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs or overnight.
Place oil in large cast iron skillet and heat until medium hot. Cook short ribs 3-7 mins on each side until nicely browned. Arrange beautifully cooked kalbi pieces on a serving platter and enjoy!

Lettuce Wraps

Prep Time: 30 min | Yield: 4-6 servings
1/2 cup We Rub You Spicy Marinade
2 tsp of apple juice
8-10 inner butter lettuce cups
1 lb shredded turkey or chicken
Handful of fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
Handful of freshly chopped chives
Toss shredded turkey/chicken in sauce. Spoon into lettuce cups. Garnish with kimchi (or your favorite pickled or fermented condiment), cilantro and chives. Add chili peppers for extra heat. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Pan Seared Pork Chops

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Yield: 4 Servings
1/2 bottle of We Rub You Marinade
4 pork chops, 1/2 to 1 inch thick
Combine WE RUB YOU Korean BBQ marinade and pork chops into a large resealable bag and marinate for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator.
Place oil in large cast iron skillet and heat until medium hot. Place chops in the pan and cook each side for about 4 minutes on each side. Serve hot with your favorite side dish!
