BULGOGI

Prep time: 15 minutes | Inactive prep time: 1 hour | Cook time: 15 minutes | Yield: 4 servings
2 lbs of sirloin
1 cup of We Rub You Marinade
1/2 white onion
2 stocks green onions
STEP 1
Thinly slice the sirloin against the grain, slice the onions, and chop the green onions.
STEP 2
Combine WE RUB YOU Korean BBQ marinade, sirloin, onion, and green onions into a covered bowl or large resealable bag. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour.
STEP 3
Heat frying pan with oil on medium-high heat. Cook until beef is brown on each side.
STEP 4
Optional: Garnish with more green onions and serve with white rice or in a lettuce wrap.
