LA Kalbi

Prep time: 30 minutes | Inactive prep time: 2-12 hours | Cook time: 30-45 mins | Yield: 12-15 servings
6 lbs flanken cut short ribs, 1/3" thick
1 bottle We Rub You Original BBQ Marinade
Vegetable oil, as needed
Rinse short ribs in cold water and pat dry. Using kitchen shears, cut each strip into pieces so that each piece has a bone attached. Combine marinade and short ribs in a large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs or overnight.
Place oil in large cast iron skillet and heat until medium hot. Cook short ribs 3-7 mins on each side until nicely browned. Arrange beautifully cooked kalbi pieces on a serving platter and enjoy!
