Meatloaf

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook time: 60 minutes Yield: 8 servings
LOAF INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs 90% ground beef
1 cup We Rub You ORIGINAL
1 cup kimchi chopped
1 yellow onion chopped
2 eggs
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
GochuKetchup Sauce:
1/3 cup We Rub You GOCHUJANG
1/3 cup ketchup
You will use 2-3 Tbsp to brush on top of the cooked loaf.
Set aside the rest for extra sauce on the side.
Mix Loaf Ingredients and transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Shape into a 9x5-inch loaf. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and brush top of loaf with GochuKetchup sauce and bake for an additional 10-15 min until center of meatloaf reads 160 degrees. Let meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy with mashed potatoes, sautéed greens and extra GochuKetchup on the side!
